Charlie came out to us to look at a leak we had from the low-pitched roof in our extension that had causes some internal damage. He turned up as arranged and did a thorough investigation and inspection before letting me know what the issue was. Charlie offered the solution and costings as we needed new tiles and mortar applied to the gullies on the roof and we agreed a way forward.
Charlie went to great lengths to match the style and colour of the replacement tiles to minimise any visual impact and travelled some distance to collect them. He returned bang on the arranged time to carry out the repairs and he was super polite with our neighbours when he was with us.
Having finished the work you wouldn’t have known he’d been here as he was so meticulous in clearing up after him. Within 24hrs I received an email from Charlie with images and videos of the issues he had identified and the work he had done to sort things out for us.
